Communications Consultants Worldwide (CCww), a leader in GSM-related cellular technology, NextG-Com, experts in embedded software products and services for LTE, M2M and satellite communications, and PA Consulting Group (PA), a leader in Consulting and Innovation, announce today that they are jointly working on the architecture for a Release-12 LTE-Advanced E-UTRA UE platform for a chip design and modem module.

The chip design may be licensed by chip-manufacturers for single-mode LTE or combined with 2G/3G platforms to deliver a full multi-mode chip solution. The modem module will be available from CCww for purchase or with a range of licensing options for onward development and manufacture.
