FCR started construction in May at its location at 161 Anderson Ave. in Coos Bay. The plan is to expand from its current location into the former JC Penny building next door. The expansion will add another 10,000 square feet to its current operations in Coos Bay and could bring an additional 140 jobs to the area. The projected date of completion for the project is October 1, 2014.
