A brief rundown of some of our practices are:
• The last Friday of the month, we review all ‘housekeeping’ items. Such as the number of referrals given, the number of collaborations created via introduction, the number of guests, the number of members acquired. This one act will free up more time for introductions, connecting and networking.
• Education segments will be conducted by non-members. This week, Artist and Art Teacher, Kathi Fox shared passionately how business owners can positively enhance their bottom line by tapping into their creativity. • Story Teller Presenter this week, Residential Loan Specialist, Cheryl Zenski described how her 30 years in various aspects of the Mortgage Industry paid off for her clients. Having had a foreclosure on their record, Zenski knew precisely how to navigate this nice couple back into homeownership. Having been an underwriter and processor, Zenski is familiar with what it takes to get a loan closed in today’s market.
