LOVELAND, Ohio – March 26, 2016 – PRLog — The military-to- civilian recruitment firm RecruitMilitary will produce a Veteran Career Fair at Aria on Thursday, April 28, 2016. The event will run from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
RecruitMilitary job fairs maintain a track record of helping veterans find meaningful employment,” said President and CEO Peter Gudmundsson. “Just last year, 56.3% of veteran job seekers expected to secure an interview as a result of their participation in a RecruitMilitary job fair and employers were expected to extend as many as 38,700 interviews and more than 12,000 job offers.”
In October of 2015, the RecruitMilitary Minneapolis event connected more than 150 veteran job seekers with 44 exhibitors, including the Mayo Clinic, CenterPoint Energy, and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Participating companies expected to conduct up to 246 interviews and make up to 78 job offers as a result of that career fair.
RecruitMilitary has produced veteran job fairs since 2006, and has held 6 events in Minneapolis, drawing 1,338 attendees and 302 exhibitors. The company has produced more than 814 events in 65 cities across the country. RecruitMilitary will return to Minneapolis for an additional veteran career fair in October.
