HelloSection8.com Launches its New Website to Help Landlords and Tenants Connect

PHOENIX, AZ, November 23, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ — HelloSection8, A property specialist focusing on helping landlords find reliable, payment approved tenants, has launched its new website at https://hellosection8.com. The site is designed for easy connection between landlords and section 8 approved tenants, simplifying the letting process for all parties.

Landlords face many problems today, with rental returns being squeezed thanks to adverse economic conditions and maintenance and other costs continually rising. With property itself becoming more expensive too, return on investment is continuing to shrink all over the country.

This situation is exacerbated by tenant issues, where non-payment of rent is another symptom of an economic situation where many people are struggling for funds. With the eviction process taking as long as six months, non-payment can leave landlords without income from a property for anything up to a year, and then have to spend more money to return the property to lettable condition before they can regain income.

One real estate investor in Phoenix, AZ, Hieu Nguyen, decided that there had to be a better alternative to all this, and as a result began looking into Section 8 housing. Section 8 housing is for tenants who qualify for government housing vouchers, meaning the state, not the individual, pays the majority of the rent. This improves security for the landlord, but there are challenges. The properties must be maintained to approved levels to qualify, but the biggest issue is finding approved tenants looking for section 8 housing.

After learning how to make the most of section 8 on his own, Hieu Nguyen decided to launch a new website to help other landlords and property investors find reliable, section 8 approved tenants for their properties too. The result is hellosection8.com, which allows landlords to post their listings so that approved tenants can get in touch, while landlords can search for tenants in their area looking for property and contact them with their offer.

In addition to this crucial connection service, the site also features a range of information to help landlords make the most of section 8, as owner Hieu Nguyen notes, “One of the biggest challenges for landlords with section 8 housing is knowing how it all works, passing home inspections filling out vouchers and so on,” he continued, “so I put everything together in a single site that gives landlords all the information I’ve learned by doing it myself, so they can get off to the best start with everything.”

The site is currently growing by around 3,000 registered users per month, and it has everything tenants and landlords need for the best section 8 housing experience. With landlords reporting that they have a choice of tenants for a property within hours of listing, the website streamlines the letting process, while section 8 approved tenants with state backed vouchers will lower overall risk and avoid the problems that so many landlords currently face.
